Ham Steak with Pineapple Rings



  1. Place ham in a shallow baking dish (like a cookie sheet)

  2. Put a couple pads of butter here and there

  3. Pour some of the juice from the pineapple can on top

  4. Broil for 5 minutes

  5. Flip ham

  6. Add more butter

  7. Place rings on ham (as many as will fit)

  8. Pour some Ginger Ale on the whole thing (reduces saltiness)

  9. Broil for 5 minutes
